OUR SCHOOL

This is an English-medium  High School for girls started in 1890 and managed by the Ranchi Loreto Educational Society. It was affiliated to the University of Cambridge in 1958 and later to its successor Body the ICSE Board Delhi. It has a special emphasis on the education and development of the tribal girls of this area but also serves the industrial  complex. 

It has classes from Pre-Prep to Class X. 

At present there are 1560 pupils and a Teaching staff of 42. The school timings are 8.10 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.

There is also a literacy programme for street children and a Sewing Centre.
